What the service is

Cosmic Genius provides an operational cost reduction audit: structured intake, process-level cost analysis, a written report, a 90-day plan, and — where you choose to proceed — implementation and measurement of results.

Your information drives the output

All analysis is produced from the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the wages, hours, volumes, software costs, and process details you enter.

If inputs change or were misstated, the resulting figures change with them.

Estimates are not guarantees

Figures labelled ESTIMATED are projections calculated from your stated inputs and documented assumptions. They are not a promise, warranty, or guarantee of any financial outcome.

Hard-dollar savings, capacity recovery, and cost avoidance are reported separately and are never combined into a single savings number. Recovered employee time is not treated as cash unless a corresponding cost actually leaves the business.

Verified results

Figures labelled VERIFIED come from post-implementation measurement against a confirmed baseline, with recorded evidence sources and a stated measurement quality.

Verified results depend on the quality and completeness of that measurement evidence. Where evidence is insufficient, the result is recorded as insufficient evidence rather than presented as verified.

Negative or below-projection results are reported as measured.

Implementation outcomes vary

Automation outcomes vary by implementation approach, third-party systems, staffing, data quality, and operating conditions. Timelines and pricing in a proposal apply to the scope stated in that proposal.

Implementation may involve separate providers (for example Hearthforge AI). Their services are provided under their own terms.

Access and confidentiality

Internal workspace accounts are issued by Cosmic Genius and are not self-registered. Client report links are private and should be treated as confidential; they can be revoked or replaced by a newer version.

You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to another business.

Fees and changes

Audit, setup, and ongoing fees are those stated in the applicable proposal you accept. Accepted pricing is recorded as a fixed snapshot at the time of acceptance.
