What we collect

Information you enter into the Cosmic Genius Cost Reduction Audit: business details, contact details, employee role and wage assumptions, workflow and software information, and the process detail you choose to provide.

Basic technical information required to operate the service, such as your audit session identifier and standard server request data.

How we use it

To produce your cost baseline, analysis, report, plan, proposal, implementation records, and measurement results.

To contact you about your audit and any work you ask us to carry out.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Accuracy of information

Analysis output is produced from the information you supply. If the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, the resulting figures will be too.

Storage and access

Audit data is stored in a managed database with access controls. Internal access is limited to Cosmic Genius staff accounts that require it to perform the work.

Client report links are private links intended only for the recipient. Anyone holding a link can view that report, so treat links as confidential. Links can be revoked.

Third-party implementation providers

Where implementation work involves a separate provider (for example Hearthforge AI), only the information needed for that work is shared, and only after you agree to proceed.

Retention and your requests

Audit records are retained so that estimated and verified results remain traceable over time.

You may request a copy of your audit data, corrections, or deletion. Contact us using the details on your report or proposal.
